Erasmus+ calls are scattered across websites, social media and messaging groups. Finding reliable, current ones means tracking dozens of sources that go out of date.

Context
Corradi is an Erasmus+ project between Proactive Future (Spain), LIFE (Romania) and DreamTeam (Greece) to bring European mobility opportunities (exchanges, training courses and volunteering) to more young people.
The challenge
Calls were scattered across portals, Instagram and WhatsApp groups, each in a different format. Many were repeated across channels and others expired without notice. Keeping a reliable list by hand was not viable.
What we did
- Automatic daily collection from the European Youth Portal and the SALTO-YOUTH databases.
- A Telegram assistant to which any coordinator forwards a call as it is: the system classifies it, extracts country, dates, ages, topic and deadline, and shows a preview before publishing.
- Meaning-based duplicate detection, even when the same call arrives worded differently.
- A web catalogue with search, map and filters, plus a compatibility test that recommends opportunities for each young person.
- Automatic publishing: Telegram channel, Instagram cards and messages ready for WhatsApp.
- Daily and weekly summaries, and automatic removal of expired calls.
- Reproducible cloud infrastructure and abuse protection.

The result
A living catalogue with more than 250 open opportunities reviewed every morning, which feeds and publishes itself almost on its own. Coordinators no longer copy calls by hand: they forward them and the system does the rest.
